The follow through to the
hugely successful Apollo Hospitals MMV, this Hospital
on wheels has a 30KVA Genset to power the varied equipment
within.
This vehicle was inaugurated
by the Chief Minister Mr. Y S Rajshekhar Reddy who
has hailed it as “A new step in modern healthcare”.
This fully loaded vehicle comes with state of the
art equipment in each of the five chambers present.
The Mammography has a mini chamber
within the large lead lined chamber which enables
efficient utility of time and space. The Computerised
Radiography system ends the era of the messy X-
Ray plates and chemicals, giving a CD to each
patient which contains his X-Ray.
A
modern Treadmill for cardio testing with ECG
facility in the same chamber is seen
to the left.
It also contains an
Ultrasound Scan, 2D Doppler and a modern Pathology
unit with a particle analyser, a powerful microscope
& special focus lights for better viewing and
also has a 48" plasma TV for public viewing.
It also contains an inbuilt toilet for sample collection.
